Infin Moving is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our Orlando operations. This role assists customers with scheduling moves, answering service-related questions, and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to completion.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule residential and commercial moving services
• Provide information regarding pricing and availability
• Update customer records and job details
• Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews
• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred
