Role Overview:
A CustomerServiceRepresentativeIworksin all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involvehelpingin the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,operatinga forklift,maintaininga safe and organized work environment,and supporting general branch needs.

Assistwith electronic order entry and processingutilizingJD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer inquiries ina timely,accurate, andappropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices totheAP department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamstomaintainadequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Assistwithmonthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
Supportthe Sales Team withaccuratecustomer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Preparereportsunder manager's supervision
Aidteam members in administrative tasks
What You Bring tothe Role:
0-1 years of experience
Proficiencywith MicrosoftOffice Suite
Willingness to learnJD Edwards(training will be provided)
The ability toaccuratelyapplybasic mathconceptssuchas fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $18.89 to $25.18 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
