Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a positive, engaging work environment
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a strong, successful restaurant team
• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and profitability
• Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and achieve key financial and operational goals
• Build lasting relationships with guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety procedures

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent fast-food General Manager experience required
• Demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales, and achieving operational results
• Stable work history with no more than three employers within the past five years
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
