Driver Assistant – $19.00/hr – Local Routes – Home Daily

ProDrivers is hiring a Driver Assistant with experience in Appliance delivery, beverage distribution, commercial routes, and or furniture installation experience for local delivery runs, operating Monday to Friday with a 7 AM start, with available overtime opportunities

Assistant Job Details

• Pay: $19 per hour 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Start Time: 7 AM
• Hours: 8–10 hours per day
• Home Daily
• Equipment: Dolly, Pallet jack
• Freight: Touch freight – deliver furniture and bedding to residential and business customers in a 100 mile radius, some light assembly acquired

Driver Assistant

• Deliver bedding, furniture, appliances to homes and businesses
• Off-load using pallet jack, dolly, and lift gate
• Ensure accurate, timely deliveries
• Assemble furniture when required
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain professionalism at all times

Driver Assistant Requirements

• Experience in Appliance Delivery, Beverage Distribution, Commercial Routes, Furniture Installation & Assembly, Commercial Moving, and similar Box Truck operations
• Ability to handle freight and some light assembly
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs of weight
• Maintain a professional attitude when assisting customers
