Job Title: Painter / Patcher – Precast Concrete Livestock WaterersPosition Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter/Patcher to join our production team. This role is responsible for painting and patching precast concrete livestock waterers according to the production schedule. Maintenance experience would be a bonus! This is a hands-on position in a growing, family-owned business with strong opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to safely move products and materials throughout the facility
• Paint concrete livestock waterers according to production plans and quality standards
• Properly use and maintain painting equipment (paint suit and equipment provided)
• Assist with patching of precast concrete livestock waterers as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in painting, manufacturing, or construction preferred (but not required)
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with basic plumbing components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment
