Hospital Pharmacist -- Inpatient

Trade the retail counter and the prescription quota for a role where your clinical judgment actually drives patient care. We're hiring inpatient pharmacists for an established Naples hospital pharmacy team — order verification, dosing, MTM, and real bedside impact, not volume.

• Transparent pay: $54–$70/hour
  

• +$5/hr night differential (starting at 7 PM)
  

• +$2/hr weekend differential
  

• Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
  

• Full-time and part-time openings — day, evening, and variable shifts

• Dosing support and medication therapy management (MTM)

• IV verification oversight
  

• Medication reconciliation
  

• Discharge counseling
  

• Active Florida pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)

• Comfortable working weekends as scheduled
