Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and confidentiality.
- Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before completion of shift.
Experience:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and prioritize tasks effectively.
