Primary Care for the geriatrics!

A fast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a nursing home in Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-up visits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of MO
  
• Minimum of 6 months NP experience
  
• Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
  

Schedule:

· Full time – Monday through Friday

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $155,000
