What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop People Team/HR operations staff
- Oversee HRIS, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee records
- Partner with Youth Development to ensure staff clearance and licensing compliance
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff
- Champion inclusion, engagement, and a culture of child safety
- Build strong relationships across branches and departments
What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR or related experience
- HRIS expertise (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Virginia childcare licensing knowledge required
