- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on progress
- Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Deliver both clinic-based and in-home ABA services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Virginia LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to travel within assigned region
- Reliable transportation for hybrid service delivery
