Marketing Manager

We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and results-orientedMarketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage and oversee direct response marketing, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate and execute home shows, canvassing efforts, and local marketing events
• Manage timelines, creative assets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred (management or leadership experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of direct response marketing, PPC, digital marketing, home shows, and canvassing
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible schedule to support marketing initiatives and events
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and lead

Technical Requirements:

• Must be proficient in AI tools, particularly in using ChatGPT and other AI-powered search engines
• Ability to leverage AI for marketing strategy, content creation, data analysis, and campaign optimization
