Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

We are seeking a skilled ERP/SAP Material Management Specialist to support a critical Navy customer under the NMCLANT (Navy Munitions Command Atlantic) program in Yorktown, VA.

In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge between Navy financial management and the tactical execution of funds for materials and services. By leveraging your deep understanding of SAP/ERP project structures, you will ensure that defense funding flows accurately, legally, and efficiently to support fleet readiness.

• Financial to Execution Bridge: Align Navy financial structures with the real-world execution of funds, ensuring seamless procurement and tracking of critical materials and services.

• ERP Mastery: Navigate, manage, and optimize SAP/ERP project structures and Material Management (MM) modules to track funding, purchase requisitions, and inventory.

• Mission Support: Work directly with Navy stakeholders in Yorktown, VA, to streamline supply chain finance and logistics workflows.

• Audit & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system, verifying that funding allocations match operational requirements and defense financial regulations.

• Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience paired with a Bachelor's degree.

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

• SAP/ERP Expertise: Deep fluency in SAP ERP, specifically within Project Systems (PS) structures and Material Management (MM) modules.

• Financial & Logistics Acumen: Proven experience tracking the execution of funds, creating purchase orders, or managing financial-to-logistical workflows within a DoD environment.

• Core Administrative Tools: Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and standard administrative tools for documentation and reporting.

• Defense Background: Prior experience working with Navy finance (FM) or logistics (NMCLANT, NAVSUP, etc.) is highly preferred.

• Location: Ability to work fully onsite in Yorktown, VA.
