Join a mission-focused human performance team dedicated to optimizing the health, resilience, and operational readiness of modern aircrew. HumCap's client is seeking a Registered Dietitian within the CRAFT program, that will play a vital role in enhancing physical and cognitive performance through evidence-based nutrition strategies tailored to the unique demands of aviation operations.
In this role, you will provide individualized nutrition counseling, performance education, and practical fueling strategies designed to improve endurance, recovery, cognition, hydration, and overall mission readiness. Working alongside interdisciplinary human performance professionals, you will help integrate nutrition into a comprehensive performance optimization framework that directly supports operational success.
This is an exciting opportunity for dietitians passionate about tactical performance, sports nutrition, aerospace human performance, and applied nutrition science in elite environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance nutrition consultations and educational sessions for aircrew and operational personnel.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition strategies to support performance, recovery, endurance, hydration, and cognitive readiness.
  • Deliver evidence-based nutrition education aligned with Human Performance program objectives.
  • Contribute to the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the performance nutrition curriculum.
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary Human Performance team to support integrated care and performance optimization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and program data.
  • Support program initiatives and perform additional duties aligned with mission objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an ACEND-accredited dietetics program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience as a Dietitian.
  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
  • Current CPR and AED certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (T3 background investigation).
  • U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility and employment in this position.
