Experienced lamination Press Operator

 We are seeking an experienced and reliable Press Operator to run and maintain a steam heated, lamination press. This position involves loading materials, operating the machine, monitoring production, and ensuring quality finished parts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work safely in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic lamination press
• Load and unload materials
• Start, monitor, and stop press runs
• Unload materials and inspect for accuracy and quality
• Clean press and work area regularly
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Report machine issues or production problems to supervisor

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and use measuring tools
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in operating hydraulic press
• Experience in lamination of plastics
