Pay: $22.23 - $25.00 per hour
Hours: 7am - 4pm

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule field and shop technicians
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on repair status
- Manage work orders from creation through invoicing
- Order parts and source materials to support service repairs
- Prepare estimates and assist with customer billing and payment processing
- Monitor work in progress (WIP) and help keep jobs on schedule
- Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and vendors to ensure customer needs are met
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive positive customer satisfaction results
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service, service coordination, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
