About the Role
Independent insurance agency with deep roots in the NJ and PA markets is hiring for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. They offer a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation, and terrific benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support commercial insurance P&C accounts from A-to-Z, handling daily service requests and marketing for clients with at least $25k in premium
- Consult with clients- answer coverage questions, address billing issues, monitor claims, and discuss coverage enhancements to strengthen their insurance programs
Skills & Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of similar insurance agency client service experience with a broad knowledge of commercial P&C insurance coverage and policy terms/conditions
- Active state insurance license
