Job Description
We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to join a leading powder coating and manufacturing company in Bessemer City. In this role, you will prepare, hang, and handle metal parts throughout the powder coating process while ensuring quality standards and customer specifications are met. Responsibilities:
• Hang metal parts and components on racks in preparation for the powder coating process
• Prepare parts by cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces prior to coating
• Remove finished parts from racks and inspect for quality and proper coating coverage
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and movement of products throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
