Pressure Washing Laborer

MEMCO is hiring for Pressure Washer/Yard Laborer in Hermitage, TN!

Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm

Pay: $18-20/hr

Job Overview:

MEMCO is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Yard Laborer/Pressure Washer. This role involves using industrial-grade pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, grease, oil, and other buildup from construction vehicles, machinery, and other heavy equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure washers and industrial cleaning tools to clean heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trucks
• Pre-treat surfaces with degreasers and other cleaning agents as needed
• Inspect machinery before and after cleaning to ensure quality and identify any maintenance issues
• Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment and tools
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and handling of chemicals
• Work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding cleaning needs and scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Required Safety Orientation before start date.
• A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
