Job Description:
We are currently hiring General Labor and Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities located in Hebron, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

General Labor

• Pick, pack, sort, and label products
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
  

Forklift Operator

• Operate Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers
• Move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Perform equipment inspections and follow safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  

Forklift Experience Requirements

• Most clients require at least 6 months of recent experience operating Reach Trucks and Stand-Up Forklifts.
• Some client locations offer training opportunities for candidates interested in learning Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operation.
  

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required for some assignments
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work overtime as needed
