Location: Grand Prairie TX | Type: Temp-to-Hire | Pay: $45,000/yr
Our client is expanding their warehouse operations and is excited to hire a team of warehouse professionals to join in April!
When a critical server fails or a medical device breaks, our client is the team that makes the "impossible" delivery happen within hours. As a Warehouse Associate, you are the backbone of this mission. You aren’t just managing inventory; you are ensuring that precision technology reaches the people who need it most, exactly when they need it.
We are looking for reliable, tech-savvy individuals to join our client's team immediately:
- Swing Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes a $1.00/hr shift differential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Logistics: Receive, sort, and store components (racks, shelves, bins) using a predetermined sequence.
- Order Fulfillment: Read and execute customer work orders with 100% accuracy to ensure rapid shipping.
- Inventory Integrity: Use computer programs to record material movement, assist in physical counts, and weigh items to meet company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pickers to move heavy materials (Training and certification provided by our client!).
- Facility Pride: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace through sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Technical Comfort: You must be comfortable using computers and learning new inventory software.
- Physical Strength: Ability to regularly lift 50–75 lbs and occasionally move objects over 100 lbs.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn forklift operation and perform facility maintenance as needed.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English to coordinate with the team.
- Reliability: A track record of excellent time management and thoroughness.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- High School Diploma or GED.
