Avenues of Mental Health is expanding and seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide outpatient counseling in a supportive, mission‐driven rural clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with a small, supportive clinical team
• Participate in supervision (for provisionally licensed clinicians)
• Use trauma‐informed, person‐centered approaches

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Missouri license (LPC/LCSW) or provisional (PLPC/LMSW)
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience with EMR preferred
