Industrial Maintenance Technician

(Direct-Hire) Maintenance Technician position with a global manufacturer of industrial products at their Youngstown, OH facility.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, test, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• industrial hydraulics/pneumatics background
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• knowledge of industrial VFDs and AC/DC motors (a plus)

**PLUS 1.5X OT over 40 hours and a monthly incentive of up to $8/hr in addition to regular pay plus a $2-5/hr shift differential. Most techs making 100k+ with OT and bonus factored in.
