Job Title: Licensed Therapist - Full-Time
Location: WestWind Wellness Clinic – Osburn Idaho

We are a client-centered practice driven by a mission to offer empathetic, transformative, and empowering care. Located in Idaho, our clinic serves diverse populations, including co-located services for youth within the school system and telehealth services statewide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of positive change in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and embed client goals into progress notes.
- Conduct mental health assessments, including bio/psycho/social/spiritual evaluations.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies (within 48 hours of the encounter).
- Participate in case consultation and clinical supervision as required.
- Collaborate with other providers, schools, and community organizations to support client wellness.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Idaho as an LCSW/LMSW, LMFT, LCPC/LPC, or equivalent (supervision available for newly licensed clinicians).
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience providing therapy services, with preference for experience in integrated care, youth services, or rural populations.
- Familiarity with Medicaid documentation standards and electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practice.
