Job Description
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Family Outreach Center is seeking an independent and motivated candidate to provide crisis intervention to incarcerated individuals at the Kent County Correctional Facility. Ideal candidate must possess a knowledge of community resources to provide discharge planning for inmates who are preparing for release from the jail, must be an effective communicator, comfortable working in a face paced environment, and able to act in a professional manner within a multi-disciplinary team (including security staff, medical, etc.). Candidate must possess a current Michigan license as a LMSW/LLMSW or LPC/LLPC to provide psychotherapy and other related counseling services. Successful clearance of a legal background check through the Kent County Sheriff’s Office is required.
Multiple Shift Available:
1st shift hours: 7:00 am - 3:00pm or 8:00 am - 4:00pm
2nd shift hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm.
3rd shift hours: 11:00PM-7:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $66,500.00 - $70,500 per year depending on shift
Bonus: $4,000 Sign-on Bonus Available
