LaborMax Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Janitorial Associate for a temporary assignment in Deerfield Beach, FL (33442). We are looking for dependable individuals with previous janitorial experience who can maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Job Duties:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Clean windows, doors, and other fixtures as needed
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
