Traffic Control-Flagger

A Traffic Control Flagger is responsible for directing and controlling traffic through construction, utility, and roadwork zones to ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians. This position involves using traffic control devices such as stop/slow paddles, radios, and signage to manage traffic flow, communicate with crew members, and maintain a safe work environment while following all company, state, and federal safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic safely through work zones.
• Communicate with team members via radio.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices and signage.
• Monitor traffic conditions and respond to changing situations.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to the public while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety.
