Location: Ontario, CA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed
2-3 Month Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Ontario, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of products through our warehouse by supporting receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization.
• Process and ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Prepare and process Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders.
• Label, package, and properly store products within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools, including pallet jacks, shrink-wrap equipment, and label printers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using inventory management software; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks
