Hire Priority Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician / Ticket Runner for a multifamily apartment community in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hard-working team member with make ready / ticket runner experience who can complete basic work orders, support apartment turns, and help keep units move-in ready for new residents.

Job Details:

• Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Location: Houston, TX 77047
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Position: Make Ready / Ticket Runner
• No certification required
• Type: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Responsibilities:

• Complete basic work orders as assigned
• Support make ready work to prepare vacant apartment homes for new resident move-in
• Assist with apartment turns, punch work, and general property upkeep
• Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of vacant units
• Work closely with the maintenance team to prioritize daily tasks
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties within skill level
• Help keep the property clean, functional, and resident-ready

Qualifications:

• Make ready experience required
• Basic maintenance and work order experience preferred
• General knowledge of apartment turns, punch work, and property upkeep is helpful
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail required
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
