Job Title: Material Handler I

Job Type: 06-Month Contract (Possible Hire)
Location: Spartanburg, SC, US
Shifts: 1st / 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will support warehouse and production operations by moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pull, and stage materials for production and customer orders
• Verify parts, quantities, and shipping/receiving documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stand-up lifts, tuggers, and pallet movers
• Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems and scanners
• Receive, stock, and organize materials within the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6+ months of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience
• Experience using warehouse scanners, RF devices, or inventory systems
