Janitorial Cleaner

Job Responsibilities

• Perform light facility maintenance and repair tasks
• Complete daily preventative maintenance (PM) work orders
• Operate a floor scrubber and maintain facility cleanliness
• Assist with warehouse porter and janitorial responsibilities
• Help with meeting room and event set-ups
• Support general facility operations as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to stay active throughout the workday

Physical Requirements

• This is NOT a sit-down position
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Candidate should be comfortable being on their feet most of the day (8,000-10,000+ steps daily)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, porter, janitorial, sanitation, experience preferred
• Experience operating a floor scrubber
