Position:

Full-time Residential, Commercial & Post-Construction Cleaning Technician

Schedule Requirements:

- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Average work week: 30–35 hours
- Most weekends and holidays off
- Occasional flexibility may be needed based on client scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Deep cleaning and routine maintenance cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Window cleaning and detailed touch-up work
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Communicating professionally with team members and clients
- Taking before and after photos when required
- Maintaining reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must own a smartphone
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles outside of Enterprise, Alabama
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
