Job Objective -

Manage local IT (non SAP) at site in line with the company goals and standards in consultation with the global IT team. Offer a professional attitude and support the users by providing systems, policies, and procedures to be followed.

Description Of Main Tasks -

Provide support for users and IT Systems (non SAP) as a member of the IT Service Desk and Onsite Support team

Ensure the operation of IT (hardware and software) in the supervised location(s) (problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving) according to the centra ly defined standards

Ensure the implementation of the centrally defined information security standards in cooperation with the IT security officer

Plan and realize IT projects related to group standards at the supervised location(s)

Implement user rights and authorizations

IT cost control & planning a l necessary measure at supervised location(s)

Participate in regular and close communication with central IT (IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk

Skills & Competencies -

Economic or technological apprenticeship alternatively additional specialist qualification in the field of activity

About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company (preferably) within the automotive sector as we l as in an international operating company

Analytical, structured and solution oriented working style

Hardware and Software troubleshooting ski ls on and advanced and independent level

Familiar with any ticket system, and IT processes in general (i.e ITIL 4)

Handling and application of project management standards

Local language: B1 - B2 = advanced - independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously and fluently

English language: B1 - B2 = advanced - independent usage of language; able to communicate spontaneously and fluently

Additional Information -

Manage IT Budgets at supervised location(s) in cooperation with the Head of IT Infrastructure and local Plant Manager(s)

Functionally reporting to: Head of IT Infrastructure & Support

Disciplinary reporting to: Plant Manager of respective location
