MEMCO is looking to add Concrete/Waterproofing/Caulking in Memphis, TN!

Pay: $25-28/hr

Schedule: 7am - 5/5:30pm ; FT and Long-Term

Monday-Thursday, OT available

Job Overview: Our customer is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher & Waterproofing Specialist to perform concrete work, joint sealing, and waterproofing applications on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role requires hands-on experience with surface prep, sealants, and ensuring durable, watertight finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete finishing, repair, and patching (slabs, walls, sidewalks, etc.)
• Apply sealants, caulking, and expansion joint systems
• Install waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealers)
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, grinding, priming) prior to application
• Inspect work areas for cracks, leaks, and structural issues
• Follow project specs, blueprints, and safety standards
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in concrete finishing, caulking, and/or waterproofing
• Knowledge of sealants, coatings, and surface prep methods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Basic hand/power tool proficiency

Safety:

• Steel Toe boots are REQUIRED & Full PPE
