Healthcare Financial & Contract Specialist

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Financial & Contract Specialist with a major healthcare organization in Harrisburg, PA.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm (Hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days remote)
• Pay Range: $24.00-26.00 an hour paid weekly
• Benefits: active after 90 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Assigned projects are diverse and varied, short and long term, and require flexible and adaptive working proficiency.
• Monitor and review financial and billing issues related to Medical Assistance Program services
• Assist with procurement activities, contract monitoring, and contract budget oversight
• Support project development and implementation for assigned initiatives
• Gather, organize, and present long-term care program and technical information for executive staff
• Participate in statewide travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays
• Collaborate effectively within team-based project environments

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (or combination of education and experience)
• Experience or familiarity with:
• Contract and bid language development
• Contract invoice review
• Budgeting and budget analysis
• Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office products
• Survey tools and survey techniques
• Research and online research methods
• Governmental human services operations at federal, state, county, and local levels
• Project troubleshooting and problem-solving
