Production Associate – Pack & Ship
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or until work is completed
• Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with two days off during the week

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our Pack & Ship team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing ornaments, preparing shipments, and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Pack ornaments into envelopes and seal packages properly
• Apply shipping labels accurately to outgoing orders
• Process orders according to production schedules and instructions
• Maintain accuracy and quality in all packing tasks
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and company procedures
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
