Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following safety procedures. This role supports daily warehouse operations and ensures products are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform inventory transactions using SAP.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Assembly:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and inspect medical devices/components following work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Perform packaging, labeling, kitting, and material handling tasks.
• Maintain inventory and support production operations.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, FDA, and safety guidelines.
• Report quality issues and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different workstations.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk for 8–12 hours.
• Lift/carry up to 25–55 lbs (team lift required for heavier items).
