Senior Software Engineer

E-logic is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and test software-based weapon systems and combat management simulations for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). You will be responsible for writing high-performance source code, conducting independent verification and validation (IV&V), and integrating threat engineering models into tactical test beds.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate software design data, interface control documents, specifications, and source code.
• Perform static/dynamic code analysis and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing.
• Facilitate the software integration of threat engineering models with blue force weapons efficacy beds.
• Build reverse-engineered design simulations representing threat kinematics, signatures, and trajectories.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
• Required proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, or Java.
