Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Position Overview

Potters Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated, clinically sharp Physician Assistant to manage an outpatient primary care panel. This urgent role demands strong critical thinking skills, high clinical proficiency, and a collaborative team spirit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial intakes, diagnostic physical examinations, and minor outpatient procedures (wound care, splinting, suture removal).
• Manage chronic patient populations under established medical management practices.
• Provide clear, concise patient education and behavioral health guidance.

Qualifications & CA Compliance:

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted license issued by the Physician Assistant Board of California.
• Practice Agreement: Practice must align with the California Physician Assistant Board rules—requiring a completed and signed Practice Agreement detailing delegation parameters prior to treating patients.
• Certifications: Current NCCPA certification (PA-C). Valid DEA certificate and BLS/CPR certification.
