Full-time Bartender

The bartender plays a crucial role in a restaurant setting, primarily responsible for preparing and serving drinks that consistently meet specifications. Operating as a solo bartender, this position demands proficiency in classic cocktail mixology and craft cocktails, exemplary customer service, and efficient cash handling. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe bar area while managing inventory and orders independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks with expertise in classic and craft cocktails.
• General knowledge of various spirits, beers and wines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patrons
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the bar area
• Take and process customer orders efficiently
• Perform regular bar maintenance and cleaning tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience
• Strong cocktail preparation skills
• Proven customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capacity
