Pay: $20.00–$25/hour + OT + Shift Differentials

Job Responsibilities:
- Set-Up and Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, or Swiss machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Set-Up sheets.
- Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain close tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and preventative maintenance.
- Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes and/or Swiss.
- Solid understanding of machining principles and tooling.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Reliable work history with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- G-code/M-code familiarity a plus, but not required.
