Restaurant General Manager - High‐Volume QSR & Fast Casual

An established, high-volume quick-service restaurant franchise is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a unique long-term opportunity to grow into an owner/operator partnership program for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and food cost controls
• Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
• Maintain brand, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance
• Develop future leaders through training and mentorship

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful General Manager experience
• High-volume QSR, fast-casual, or convenience foodservice background preferred
• Strong P&L, labor, and food cost management skills
• Proven ability to build and develop teams
• Hands-on leadership style with an ownership mentality
• Stable work history and measurable operational results
• Valid driver's license and work authorization required
