Schedule:
Days/Hours/Shift
10AM-6PM Mon-Friday 40 hours/week with weekend rotations once fully trained

As a Pharmacy PBM Tech you will:
- Enter, access, and verify data accuracy in pharmacy and PBM systems to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Establish and maintain patient medication profiles, keeping detailed and up-to-date records of prescriptions and therapies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly answering phone calls and responding to requests from colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, hospice personnel, and network pharmacy callers.
- Support efficient business workflow by sustaining high productivity levels and producing error-free work.
- Maintain formulary documents and tools, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for clinical and operational use.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician license as required by state
- Prior data entry experience
- Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and strong oral and written communication skills
