Job Description Looking to learn more about insurance policies and financial services? The Broker Group - MB Financial will provide you the tools to become a life and health insurance agent, no experience required, remotely based, and start helping individuals with their financial needs. Duties Engage with prospective clients by helping them with co-created financial needs analysis (FNA) Ability to obtain life and health insurance license within the first 3 months of hire Collaborate with insurance brokers and agents to provide the best FNA opportunity for clients and their family needs Skills Ability to communicate financial terms and policies with clients No financial experience required; entry level GED education level and at least 18+ years old Collaborate with clients through remote technology Bilingual is a plus Benefits Flexible schedule, 100% remote Weekly training for entry level agents and professionals Mentorship and guidance Support for client leads through cold and warm approach marketing Requirements Pass a background check (No Felonies) Register your life and health insurance with state Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) Must have U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) Application Questions Do you understand that this role is commissioned-based, with 100% of income earned through sales and production?
