LHH seeks a part time Residential Coordinator. In this vital position, you'll build rapport with participants, use trauma-informed and de-escalation strategies, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the site.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Promote a safe environment by monitoring facilities and grounds, observing behavior, engaging proactively with participants, and utilizing de-escalation techniques.
- Coordinate with onsite case management to support both safety and operational needs.
- Partner with security personnel (if applicable) to ensure consistent site coverage and response capacity.
- Conduct regular safety rounds, documenting and communicating any concerns or discrepancies.
- Assist leadership with documentation, including incident reports, safety memos, and ongoing written correspondence.
- Respond to crises or security concerns using non?violent crisis intervention, team-based response strategies, and trauma-informed communication.
- Support the development of site materials such as procedures, forms, and operational manuals.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or in an interim housing, shelter, or residential services environment.
- Comfort and alignment with the Harm Reduction model, including compassion, non?judgment, and trauma-informed practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Ability to stay calm and professional during crises, emergencies, or high-stress situations
- Observational detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.
