JOB SUMMARY
The Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate is responsible for day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse tasks. These include labeling and packaging products, shipping materials, inspecting items, pulling orders, transporting, and sorting products within a warehouse environment. This role ensures all scheduled products are manufactured according to company procedures and cGMP’s to meet customer satisfaction and adhere to company schedules and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensures all scheduled products are manufactured according to company procedures and cGMP’s to achieve customer satisfaction and conformance to company schedule/deadlines
• Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures needed
• Completes batch records in an accurate and timely manner following each days’ production
• Monitors equipment and completes basic equipment maintenance and cleaning activities
• Closely follows work instructions provided in writing or verbally by supervisor/plant leadership
• Moves stacks of crates from freezer to packaging area with hand truck/dolly to complete work
• Inspects and packages product by checking for damaged bottles, labels and/or heat shrinks that do not meet established standards
• Labels, bags, boxes and palletizes finished product in accordance with plant deadlines
• Provides input to new and revising existing SOP’s to ensure procedures are accurate, up to date and in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices
• Is responsible for reporting quality and safety issues to immediate supervisor
• Ensures personal training documentation is up to date and aids in the training of others as needed
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of production areas
• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack
• Picks, packs, and ships materials and products
• Processes all packages for shipping; including affixing shipping labels, boxing products with dry ice per packaging regulations and processing returned merchandise
• Conducts physical inventory counts and replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed
• Completes special assignments and other responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications
• HS Diploma or GED required
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work with noxious or hazardous chemicals with appropriate PPE
• Ability to wear protective clothing or equipment including gloves, freezer jacket or jumpsuit, protective eyewear, footwear
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
• Ability to work in deep freezers and freezer trucks (-10 to -40 degrees F) on forklift and on foot for periods at a time
• Ability to work inside warehouse or outside for loading and unloading of incoming/outgoing materials

Preferred Qualifications
• 1-3 years' experience
• Experience in FDA regulated environment
• Sit down and stand up/reach forklift experience
• Experience in a warehouse and/or freezer environment

Education: High School or equivalent
