Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field is required
• Valid Kentucky (KY) School Psychologist license
• Experience working with K-12 students
• Strong evaluation, counseling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Provide direct individual and group counseling to support student development
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations related to students’ psychological needs
• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote safe, inclusive, and positive learning communities
