Occupational Therapist
Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Marion, OH (ZIP: 43302)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Term: Full 2026/2027 School Year
Caseload & Responsibilities
Population: Strictly Middle School student caseload.
Caseload Size: Maximum of 80 kiddos, ensuring a clear, defined cap on your programmatic responsibilities.
Service Delivery: Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the educational environment, delivering direct interventions mapped out in student IEPs.
Collaboration: Partner closely with middle school educators, intervention specialists, physical therapists, and families to implement structural classroom accommodations and adaptive strategies.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active (or pending) Ohio State License as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued, but we are open to clinicians looking to apply their sensory and functional expertise to an educational setting.
Skills: Strong organization and time-management proficiency to seamlessly handle documentation and direct therapy blocks.
