Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Caseload & Responsibilities

• Population: Strictly Middle School student caseload.

• Caseload Size: Maximum of 80 kiddos, ensuring a clear, defined cap on your programmatic responsibilities.

• Service Delivery: Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the educational environment, delivering direct interventions mapped out in student IEPs.

• Collaboration: Partner closely with middle school educators, intervention specialists, physical therapists, and families to implement structural classroom accommodations and adaptive strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active (or pending) Ohio State License as an Occupational Therapist.

• Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued, but we are open to clinicians looking to apply their sensory and functional expertise to an educational setting.

• Skills: Strong organization and time-management proficiency to seamlessly handle documentation and direct therapy blocks.
