Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: up to $45.00/HR
Duties:
- Perform concrete flatwork for commercial and residential projects
- Execute industrial concrete cutting and removal tasks
- Complete cut-and-pour back work, including saw cutting and replacement of concrete sections
- Install drain tile systems and assist with related site preparation
- Finish concrete surfaces to specified grades and textures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and direct sun
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in concrete flatwork and industrial cutting required
- Experience with cut-and-pour back work and drain tile installation preferred
- Ability to read and follow job specifications and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
