Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Based

Pay Rate: $44-$56 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Part-Time

Caseload: Approximately 10 Students

Age Group: PreK–High School

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team with the School District. This part-time position will serve a small caseload of approximately 10 students ranging from PreK through high school across two nearby school sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT seeking a flexible schedule and a highly manageable caseload while making a meaningful impact on students’ functional, sensory, and motor development across multiple age groups.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skill development
Serve students ranging from PreK through high school
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Travel between two nearby school sites as needed
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload effectively
Passion for supporting student independence and educational success
