Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Virginia School Psychologist license
• Experience or confidence working with K-12 student populations
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and special education processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility and intervention planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student social-emotional needs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Contribute to crisis intervention, problem-solving, and prevention initiatives within the school setting
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
